Very honest owner. I purchased some headphones and they went on sale the next day. Without me asking the owner sent me a refund of the price difference which was 80. He is also very knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy headphone this is the best place I have dealt with. Much much better then any big box retail store.

I've been shopping here for years and have nothing but good things to say about Travis and Headphone Bar. I know that when I go I'll walk out with exactly what I need and nothing more. It's a huge plus to be able to demo gear for yourself before buying as it's easy to get lost in the maze of different reviews and impressions online. Headphone Bar is the only Campfire Audio distributor in Canada and I'm very grateful as they've been some of my best purchases. Highly recommended!
Do Not Trust This Company For Online Purchases I bought an opened box iFi DAC from this company. It claimed it was like new, but when it arrived, it turned out being defective. I've owned many DACs and have been enjoying DSD files from my PC for years, so I know how things work, and how they are supposed to sound. After experiencing issues with the device, I contacted HFB. They told me they'd 'run tests' and what not from their end on another device. They never did. They never got back to me until I decided to return the device, for which they had me pay by the way. So it cost me over 20 shipping to return it to them. They finally refunded me the price of the item, but refused to pay for shipping. They claimed that the said device worked properly, insinuating that the issue was on my end. I'm playing all forms of DSD as I'm typing now without the issues the iFi had. I wrote to them to ask for a complete refund and they simply ignored my email and brushed me off. I will never do business with these guys ever! Their loss in the end.
Fantastic customer service and great prices. Travis is very helpful and goes an extra step to make sure the customer is happy with their choices. He even delivered my headphones himself once because I told him I was leaving for a trip the next day and would only be able to accept the parcel in a weeks time. I got to enjoy the headphones that night before my trip! How cool is that? Overall an awesome shop with a personal touch you can’t find anywhere else.
I bought this for my brother. Its paint was peeled off a little bit since he got it. He emailed headphone bar and they told my brother to pay for the shipping cost. Then my brother asked than why he should pay for shipping due to headphone bar's mistake. no response at all. What do you feel if you received a damaged product? Then be asked to pay for shipping to exchange?
