They closed the parking due to the virus outbreak in March and still havent announced when are they gonna reopen. At the meanwhile, they are still charging the full amount from monthly parking clients in April and May. They refused to suspend our accounts for a few months and insist that they offer free parking at another parking lot for us. However, that parking lot can only contain less than 20 vehicles. I am gonna report it to Consumer Protection BC to since I pay for the service but I did not receive it.

Happy with the spot, but trying to communicate with this company is so unbelievably piss poor.
Harbour Centre is quite unique. The pictures I posted is right in front of the Cordova entrance, taken from the bus stop looking north. This is the first stop for almost all visitors to Vancouver.
I often park at this location to shop, go for dinner and see concerts. But last night we almost got trapped for the night! We came back from a concert at about 11:50pm. My friend and I chatted before getting into our cars. We got into our cars right at midnight only to find out upon getting to the gate that it was locked and the attendant had no way of letting us out. He called his supervisor, who confirmed there was no way out because the gate locked at exactly midnight. Finally, after a while, the attendant was able to find another security person who was able to open the gate for us. But for 25 minutes, we were told we would have to spend the night in the parkade!! Is this normal? It seems like we should be able to leave without hassle.
Typical foreign parking attendants with zero customer service skills or have yet to learn how to be friendly. The monthly parking exit has been out of service for 3 weeks. Attendant just shrugged his shoulders and said they are waiting for a part. Maybe in India it takes 3 weeks to get a part for a parking gate but don't think it does here.
