Nothing exciting as the tour guide takes you out around the pier for a short 30 min tour. However, the owner is always hanging out chatting with customers and the tour guides are very knowledgeable. The boats are beautiful and very clean. Definitely recommend for someone visiting Vancouver for the first time. Parking is a pain! Street parking is your best bet, and make sure you put enough for two hours as you might not get on the first boat available during peak hours.

We didn't have a good experience with the bus and the driver/guide. He wasn't dressed professionally and his driving was not safe. Also, he didn't have his belt on. The bus didn't have the overhead bin for storing backpacks, etc. We were bit late at Whistler and he got upset and lost his temper. He doesn't know how to deal with customers politely and professionally. I strongly recommend professional training to all the drivers/guides. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible! Our 'trolley' is a school bus! The recorded narration is an angry driver who yells into the microphone for people to sit down, then slows at stops to yell, Full! Narration is barely understandable by someone who obviously hates his job and mumbles continually. Total rip-off. If you've done hop on/hop off elsewhere, you will be disappointed. Doesn't even rate 1 star! Choose another operator or option for your tour.
