This company cost me a lot of extra money and stress leading right up to my flight for my honeymoon. That's the last thing you need after paying for and planning a wedding. I booked a package through this company using CWT Travel and placed a deposit on an agreed upon hotel package that fit our budget and hotel specifications. A week after they took the money off my card I received a phone call from my travel agent saying that the package wasn't available. They offered me 2 options, one was to pay an extra 800 for a slightly better hotel room or the other was to stay close to my budget but change to a much less desirable hotel. Having booked my flights according to the dates of the package which they withdrew the money for, I had no real options. The hotel change would have ruined our honeymoon so I was forced to pay the extra 800 for which they compensated us with only a 200 excursion. When I called GoWay (who is the middle man between myself and the travel agency) I asked their agent for an explanation. She forwarded me to her manager who told me that I'm ot allowed to speak to her\. After a very long conversation with the manager he agreed to look into further compensation in the form of additional excursions. He never got in touch with me after that call and would not return my calls so that I could find out what was being done about it. I would not ever book with this company. Until this experience I understood that a confirmation and accepting of a deposit meant a product was secured. They think otherwise.
