I arrived at GEC Pearson a few days ago and I’m already in love with it. It is everything portrayed in the pictures on the website and more! It is situated in a peaceful and serene environment. I’m on the 6th floor and the view from my window is absolutely stunning. The thing I appreciate most is that it’s very close to the Marine Gateway where all essential services are provided and it’s within walking distance.I look forward to my long-term stay here!

I stayed in GEC Pearson for six months and I had a wonderful time! Beautiful and safe neighborhood with stores and parks at a walking distance. Fully furnished apartment with weekly housekeeping at a reasonable price!
What's up guys. So I've been here for a year now. Before moving in- I read previous reviews of the staff being mean and generally unpleasant. This definitely is the opposite.. I say that with the most sincerity. I owe a lot of my life here in Vancouver to the kindness of the staff and I recommend living here. The staff understands hardships and have made sure those affected by covid were taken care of. This is a very important aspect of hosting an environment for growing students. Even the thought they put into organizing events for the community. It's really nice. Blueberry bushes can even be seen on the property blossoming in the summer time ready to eat. Great people. Cool rooms. Check it out. I'd come back.
When you are a new commer, GEC would be a comfortable and equiped place to stay. I had a memorable times at GEC Pearson ️
Facilities are amazing, rooms are nice, the caretaker is really friendly. Great location close to Marine Gateway.
