Hours wasted due to faulty equipment and extremely rude and poor customer service.
Efficient process, knowledgeable staff. Emails are always quickly responded to and helpful suggestions made. The loading dock process could be improved, always feels awkward carrying gear around the front of the building and down the alley to the back to get it back into my car, or carrying stuff back when I am alone.
Great people working who know what they are doing. Would really recommend if you are new into filming and want to rent on good price.
