Absolutely excellent service! We had two old frames that we like that got broken glasses. My husband went there with the frames to make sure the new glass would cut in the correct size. Not only they did the glass service perfectly (and fast), but they also fixed one of our old frames that was in poor condition. Highly professional and honest services and prices. If you are looking for a company who cares about the customer, don’t look any further. We are very pleased with Framagraphic!
This place is great. They always have great suggestions for frame colors and are really thoughtful about all the choices you have to make along the way. It's not cheap, but absolutely worth every penny. I'll keep going here as long as I have things to frame!
These guys were so helpful and great to deal with, from the second I walked in until I left with my beautifully framed picture a day later. They also helped me save a bunch by using a frame they already had made. If you're reading this review just go to Framagraphic already.
I've had a few prints framed here, the first piece was a limited edition Tokidoki print and I wanted a pink frame for my print. They do such an awesome job here, they recommended a metallic rose gold frame (which compliments the artwork), how much matting I should use for the look I am trying to achieve and what type of glass to protect it from the UV rays. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so happy with my first print, it is just so beautiful and I love looking at it! When I received another limited edition Tokidoki print for my birthday; I of course, had to come back to Framagraphic to frame the second print. It is so great that they keep client records even if you hadn't been there in a couple of years! Although the original rose gold frame was no longer available, I was able to get another beautiful pink metallic frame which also complimented the artwork! I am so happy with my framed prints, I had all my husband's Star Wars prints framed here as well! I just ordered another Tokidoki print and of course, I will be coming back really soon to get the new one framed from here too! Thanks so much for the customer service, attention to details and recommendations!
