I had a great experience. Corina was able to help me find the product that was sold out at other locations. My flight was coming in late and I was not going to be able to pick up what I was buying. She was able to sell the product over the phone and mail it out to me. Thank you Corina for the excellent service.
Came to replace a watch under warranty, they were nice and replaced it, but when I came home I saw the box was not sealed and I got a returned watch, which was also defected. Had to return again - this time went to another store and got a sealed package.
Girls today were not helpful or friendly. Will go to another fossil in hopes for better service.
Good place to buy watches and bags. I have bought bags from them that really last. I love the variety of bags they have. They now have watches for men and women that can be hooked up to an android or I phone. The dials are larger and one can read the dial quite easily. This works for me since I don't like peering into a dial. Check them out.

Terrible online purchase experience. Placed an order and received immediate confirmation and shipping time estimate. Received an email a week later saying my order had been cancelled, no explanation given. Called to find out what the problem was and they were out of stock on the item. I tried substituting a different colour and all four choices were also out of stock despite showing availability on their website. Ultimately I gave up as it was too frustrating, too difficult and a waste of time as well. I would not recommend
Really there employees are really unfriendly and so rude. One of the chiness staff was the worst person I met in store.
