This is the first and last time I will ever go to Firefly Electronics. To summarize, not only did they not fix my headphones, but I was returned my headphones in worse condition than when I brought them in. I accidentally cracked the band on my pair of Beats wireless headphones (see \Before\ photo attached) and my brother took them to Firefly Electronics for repairs while I was away on a work trip. They said they didn't have a rose gold band, but they had a white one and asked if my brother would like a white band instead. My brother replied that he would think about it and then get back to them because he had to ask me first. I did not want a white band on my rose gold headphones. But before my brother could call back to tell them to just return the headphones without changing the band, they had called my brother to let him know that they already changed the band to a white band and that the headphones were ready to be picked up soon. I was quite angry that they did this without confirming with my brother. But I understand that perhaps this was due to miscommunication or an error on their part, and mistakes happen. So my brother asked, upon my request, to change the band back to my original broken band and we will take my headphones elsewhere to be repaired. Firefly electronics put my original broken band back on the headphones but the headphones, when returned to my brother, were in a much worse state than before. (See photos attached) Not only were there scratches on the headphones, but the band wasn't placed on properly and the wire was much more exposed, and it clearly wasn't in good hands. I was mortified. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when the first mistake happened, but mishandling a client's product is not what I expected from them. I haven't gotten an apology and my brother has informed me that the staff were rude to him during this process. I am beyond angry, I am truly disappointed.

Finding Firefly was a completely unexpected experience. All I did was search for a place nearby that could fix a Mac. What I encountered was the most amazing surprise in friendly and efficient service, and two wonderful personalities. Both my laptop and iPhone were fixed that same afternoon at a very affordable price, and the friendly owners were an absolute joy to chat with. Knowledgeable and genuine. I 100% recommend this place!

I had my Apple Beats Studio3 headphones repaired at Firefly Electronics. The headband broke and needed a new piece installed and rewired. They did an amazing job sourcing a replacement piece at a good price (including install) that also matched the color of my Studio3 headphones. The cost of this repair through Apple would've been more than double what I paid at Firefly. They do good work, they do fast work, and they are the only repair shop I could find for my Studio3 headphones!
