The puzzles were great compared to other escape rooms in Vancouver. However the room was very linear. Room was 1 puzzle at a time, it would be difficult to work on in larger groups. Anything more than 3 people and I think people would be left to watch others solve problems while waiting. Some other places have it where you can solve multiple puzzles simultaneously and I think that serves larger groups better. Also, 45 minutes is too short. Most other places have a 1 hour limit and it’s not like this place is any cheaper. However logic and puzzle wise this is the best place in Van I have been to. They just miss on a few points.

Excellent escape room. I know that the rooms change but the one we were in was puzzle heavy and had multiple rooms. It is really fun when new doors open. Staff were really nice and informative. Would go again for sure. Great location by the Skytrain at Tinseltown.
Really excellent,highly recommended! It's literally a find seek situation for solving puzzles, you're not looking to escape the room. This is probably one of my top fav rooms in the lower mainland so far! Puzzles and hints are extremely well done. Two of us in the Theatre room, we got through about 80% of it and we'll go back to finish it for sure. The staff was fantastic, room and story were well done, and covid-19 safety protocols were top notch! It's on the 2nd floor of the mall down the back hallway (not immediately obvious).
Super fun time. This is our third escape room, and this one was the best - Madame Zita. Very challenging and shrewdly designed. Very immersive. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. We’ll be back for the second room for sure.
The girl at the desk was super personable and helpful. Puzzles were interesting and fun to solve, not just lame locks. Would highly recommend.
The puzzles here were very enjoyable! Ive been to at least a dozen other rooms, and found this one to be quite impressive. All of the puzzles were unique and different, rarely using lock and key. Most required a wide range of thinking to approach the problems, which engages our entire group! Some of us had never done escape rooms either, and they felt like they contributed a lot too!
We've been to a number of different rooms throughout the lower mainland, and this is by far, one of the best locations. We've done both rooms and found both to be of high quality. The puzzles were great and we found them to flow nicely from one to the next (and everything works!). The staff are friendly and helpful. They explain and run through their hint/help system thoroughly. I love the fact that if help is needed, someone has been watching the team work through the room and prompts are timely, relevant and meaningful without being too obvious or giving away too much. Trying a new place/room can be expensive and the feeling of not quite knowing what you are walking into is part of the whole escape room thing. However, the feeling of picking a good room to go to, and having a great time with friends is almost as satisfying as solving the room. Having done both of their rooms, we found that we loved the production quality, puzzles, and overall experience of Find and Seek. We've enjoyed our visits so much that we've started comparing all our experiences to the ones that we've had here. Can't wait till they open up their third room here, because if it's anything like the first two rooms, we know that we're sure to find our way back!
Amazing experience, first timer but the staff were very helpful and considerate. The puzzles were great way to spend a couple of hours in Vancouver. Highly recommend this place.
