My wife gave me a gift card for a straight razor shave here 5 years ago and I’ve been going here ever since for my hair cut. Farzad cuts are professional with an easy going conversation. The best part is the warm shaving cream applied to shave the back of your neck when your cut is done. Make sure you book ahead,something this good needs an appointment.

I have been going to get shaves and haircuts from Noriko and Farzad for 10 years. I feel so fortunate to have such a warm welcoming, honest, talented and friendly establishment in my neighbourhood. Shelley, Noriko and Farzad deliver a masterclass in how a successful small business should be run: Respect for their customers, respect for their craft, no unhealthy ego, an understanding of what their customers want, an ability to grow and develop, and never a single compromise in quality of product or service. As long as I live in Vancouver, and as long as Farzad, Shelley and Noriko will have me, this is my barbershop. (And if you ever want to fall deeply asleep while getting a straight razor shave, go see Noriko: Touch of an angel.) PS. They let you bring your dog if it is well behaved.
Best Barber shop ever. I've been going there for past 15 years or so, my son is getting his 2nd haircut there since he was 3 years old. He is almost 18 now. My wife NOW getting a cut there to. Family affair. Farzad just need to adjust his clock on wall above the oder. Minor details.
I’m kinda new to Vancouver, moved here 6 months ago and tried a few different barbers before Farzad, none was even close to him, Farzad is great! I really care about my haircut, and a bad one really annoys me. Farzad is a pro, and his cut is fantastically clean and even. You don’t find even a single hair missed, or uneven. I tried even some fancy more expensive salons, but didn’t get a good cut. I’m truly happy I found this place to go to for my haircut, and will go there again for probably as long as I live in Vancouver.
Actually, it was my first hair cut experience in Vancouver and I really liked it. However, price could have been a little more affordable for students.
