We had great hopes after reading the reviews and after Travis responded to our phone call with a promise to come in two days. Well, he didn't show up. No phone call or email to explain why. So, one star for answering the phone and no stars for reliability.

Slow to respond, then after prompting eventually did, was 3 days late in providing a quote, then just didn't show up on the day service was booked. Promised to come and do the job 3 days later, but never showed, and never responded to me when I asked about the status of the job. Unbelievable!
Travis's quote was very reasonable and he cleaned my windows very thoroughly and he also managed to squeeze in a last minute power washing job on my patio which was also very thorough.
Fast courteous and reasonable
My wife was a little skeptical about hiring a professional window cleaner, but upon final inspection she immediately said that we should have him back. He cleaned both inside and out and quite frankly we were stunned at what a difference it made. Importantly, he arrived on time and was very respectful of our house and garden.
