Typically this salon is well kept. Most recent visit was a total let down! Spray tan was drenching! My eyes burned, and I was left looking like bad drip art. The hand and foot lotion to protect from the tanner was empty and there were no baby wiped or towels in the room.

Never answer phone ... ok but NO MESSAGE. Unheard of! Needs to go to a message with OPENING HOURS at least.Rang on Sunday to see if open... rang over 30 times. Since often do not answer when ARE open. A message is crucial. Also... need wipes in rooms

I am a new customer* having never used lay down beds (always standup) Staff rarely answer the phone, either first try (ringing more than 10 times) or the second, you can be certain that staff members will take the phone off the hook in order not to be disturbed while helping other guests. Recently found out that you can book online. Save yourself hassle and irritation. I would love to say better things about this location however I'm most often disappointed than happy with the CX service here. FYI- Laydown bed only! Rooms do not have alcohol wipes for after applying lotion, no hands towels or head pillows.

I have been going to this Fabutan for the last three years and I have always been pleased with how friendly and professional the staff are. Highly recommend!

Infrared bed is a lifesaver in this wet, dark cave of hell that is north vancouver in the winter.
