it was cool, but the men were trying to tell us how to play the game, which got annoying! pretty fun though, id recommend it

The staff at Evolve are quite friendly and helpful, and they have a range of games with a decent rig setup. I wouldn’t recommend booking longer than 60-90 minutes as the rig can get uncomfortable and the booths can also get quite warm. Apart from that, this is a great activity to do on your own or in a group as many of the games can be played with multiplayers.

Went for my boyfriend’s birthday & was totally nervous at first but got the hang of things really quickly! Staff was there to make sure we all understood the controls and how to work everything! 1hr was PLENTY of time to play, which I thought it was gonna go by fast but nope! Perfect amount of game time. Overall really cool experience, we all really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely plan on coming again soon.

I came here with my husband for his bday and we had a blast. There are so many games to choose from, theres tutorial to help you know how to use the controls, and the staff explains everything to you well and is there to help. Its a bit expensive though - 30 cad per person per hour, which goes by fast. Also, there is no help button on the control so you have to take your VR mask out and call the guys for help if you need extra assistance. Additionally, you can go in groups but each person will be in their own booth. You can hear each other through the headphones, but youre not physically in the same room. You can still play games together though! Make sure to book in advance if going on a weekend (2 weeks before). On weekdays (mon-thurs) they have 15% discount for students. Overall a great outing!
