Amazing, they actually take new patients!!! Unlike the 10 other clinics I called that advertise ew patients welcome\ but dont take new patients.

AVOID THIS CENTRE. Today, January 15th, 2021, 10:30am, I went to this health centre with my wife and newborn baby, as per the nurse. I parked on the side and told my wife to go ahead while i find parking. When i came in, this blonde lady (probably in her 40s) immediately told me ‘can you wait outside’, so rude. I thought Canadians say please a lot, but not this one. So i waited outside, the only people there were my wife and my baby, another mother, then the two receptionist. And there’s no signs how many people should be in. When i was outside, my wife told me that the same rude blonde lady said ‘i dont get why people come in at the same time!’ Like seriously, the time and date were given to us by the nurse, we did not set it up. Mind you this same rude blonde girl was not wearing a mask, i am not kidding. Check the cameras. This place is a health centre, you would expect staff to follow protocol, but not this Karen. She feels so entitled. Reading the reviews here, i can tell that we are reviewing the same rude person, and it looks like no action is being done. Maybe it’s about time. Please remove that toxic person, who is so miserable that she is making other people as miserable as her. Let me just remind these people, YOU WORK FOR ME. MY TAX DOLLARS PAYS FOR YOUR PAYCHECK. YOU WORK FOR ME, THE LEAST THAT YOU CAN DO IS ACT LIKE A DECENT PERSON. Crazy b*tch.

I was needing more information on their mental health and addicitions services, which I thought would be straight forward. and when I called it was friendly service, but I kept getting directed to new phone numbers after phone numbers, and none lead to just basic information. I called back and spoke to a lady 3 times and each times she told me to listen to the automated call and choose out of the selection, but I had no idea which selection gave me the information I needed and she couldnt help me whatsoever. Literally non of the options were clear to what information I was wanting. Like why have a number to be directed to for that, just to be directed again? SO i found another place that is more organized. Not a good first time for someone who really needs some recources and help, and it was a super difficult stressful sitation. I dont understand why its so hard to get simple information on mental health and addiction counselling.

The lady who answered my call was not professional, patient nor willing to help; I was just asking if there are flu shot available, and she said no this year; she pulled off the line when I was still asking further; when I called back, she raised her voice and said, I EXPALINED TO YOU, NO, GO TO THE DOCTOR OR PHARMARY, THANK YOU!. really gave me some attitudes. very rude; some supervisors need to involve and train these people to treat people nicely, because you are paid by the taxpayers.
