I don't have a car, but I know I can rely on Epic Rides to get me to Whistler on time, at a good price, feeling safe and in comfort. I've been using their service for years, I've loved the improvements on their buses. They've stayed consistent on price, quality, and punctuality. I appreciate the bus drivers for the great work they do. Looking forward to many more Epic Rides!

Definitely the best value for your ride! The seats are comfortable, but both rides were completely full. I can't fault the company for filling all the seats, but it was just a little cramped on the bus. I would still take this ride for this price though! Also, on the way back I ended up on a wait list and the driver was very friendly and helped me get on the earliest bus possible. Customer service is a big deal and this company was very friendly and quick to respond when I needed help! I highly recommend this company!
I booked a transfer from whistler to Vancouver and these guys went above and beyond by dropping me directly to my hotel. Great value and a personal touch! I highly recommend Epic Rides!
rude customer service team, didn't let me change my ticket date or cancel with a refund even when i had to isolate due to a covid exposure. you'd think in times like these, their cancellation policy could be a bit more flexible but I guess when companies like epic rides are money hungry, decent customer service and building rapport with customers just goes out the window. defiantly choose skylynx over epic rides. not only are the employees KIND (bare minimum) but their busses are way nicer and their tickets are cheaper. they also are flexible unlike epic rides.
Excellent value for money. Was able to bring my bike up to Whistler at no additional cost.
Extremely rude customer service interaction. I'm sad to say :( Very inhumane way of treatment from the lady on the phone & disrespectful way of speaking in general, when I asked to speak to someone else (because of the way she was speaking to me) she refused. It's no way to speak to others. I’m not one to give bad reviews, even when service is not the best, but honestly this was the worst customer service experience I've come across.

This is an awesome bus company, super quick and easy. I left an item on the bus and the owner/president went out of their way to get it back to me. I wasn't able to pick it up in time, so they delivered it right to a friend's work for me weeeoooooo so kind
