The worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Their behavior is completely disrespectful, huge lack of responsibility and communication. They call themselves as professional immigrant consultants. However, their professionalism is horrible and far from good service. I'm completely regretted to have chosen them to represent my wife and I. Be wised and stay away from them, save your money, your patience and especially your health. There're many other options way better than Encubate.
Awful experience. My wife and I had a plan and because of their lack of responsibility and correct consulting, we got our situation complicated. First of all, they just want to sell you stuff, they don't care about you, human being and your plans or situation. When you ask for assistance, because of their terribly consulting, they simply put away their responsibilities, they put the fault on you, on their business partners, but never assume. So, avoid this kind of agency.
