Sketchy lot. Not enough lighting. Smells like a urinal

Car window smashed. Valuables stolen. Contacted Easy Park and they told me there are no cameras in the lot so there is no hope of justice. Horrible, avoid at all costs.

Parked here and had 2 windows smashed and my snowboard and all gear stolen. They had my car towed so nothing else would be stolen, and i had to pay for that too. What exactly are we paying for here? Absolutely horrible. Easy Park, do the right thing and call me with a proposal to replace my glass and equipment.

One of the best multilevel parking lots in all of Vancouver. You can hardly smell the urine on a warm summer day impressive. The gold standard for expensive Vancouver parking.

Their app wasn’t working on a Saturday when I was trying to park. I talked to the security on site and he had others with the same issue, and he was already calling into to Easy Park to find out what the issue was. After waiting for 15 minutes for Easy Park to confirm what to do, he notified that we could leave our car without paying, but if we received a ticket, we would just have to call in on Monday and confirm what happened, and that Easy Parks customer service would have a lot of their call and would be able to void the ticket. I received a ticket but didn’t think anything of it. The next day I paid for parking for the full day, as the app was working again. (Paid at 6:01am) At 2pm I found my car was gone, and called the towing company to find that my car had been towed. 120 tow Once I picked up my car, I found that I had been ticketed for the Saturday, and also the Sunday at 10:40am, even though I had been told not to pay for parking on Saturday, and I DID PAY for parking ON Sunday. After calling their customer service, I was told that they had no record of the security making the call to Easy Park, and that I was responsible for non payment. They voided the ticket for the Sunday, as I had proof of payment. No apology, no refund for towing. Just told that it was my responsibility to provide payment, and I should not have listened to the security that is hired by them, and issues the tickets for them. Horrible service.
