Dr Gill has an excellent way of putting you at ease. He challenged my irrational thoughts in a way that helped me shine a light on my difficulties myself. Instead of telling me what to think he helped me find the solution to my problems myself, which I feel is a much more effective form of therapy. Highly recommended.
