We have just gone thru an intense renovation which took almost 9 months. The finishing touch was the installation of new carpet in our family room. Dream Carpet had a wonderful selection of current carpet styles to choose from and were very friendly and helpful. The carpet arrived on time from the mill which was key to meeting our timeline requirements. The installation crewed arrived on schedule and were friendly and courteous. They were very experienced in laying carpet and our carpet choice had a pattern which was much more difficult than a regular installation. The carpet product from Shaw is amazing - very durable and yet soft and comfortable. The installers finished in one day and we are extremely pleased with every part of the service provided by Dream Carpet and their installation crew. Thank you for making this so easy. We recommend your business to anyone looking for great service!

Stay away at all costs! The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The carpet we purchased was OK, but installation was poorly done. In addition, we came home to a mess with the worst of it being a significant amount of urine all over the toilet and on the floor. We went back to Dream Carpets to address, and the manager basically rudely told us tough luck, installation is done. The silver lining? When my wife and drive by, we joke that when we have a bad experience, it is no Dream Carpets.
Great place to shop for good carpets.
