Inquired about a regulator set through the Vancouver Diving Locker website and was very pleased with the prompt service. The following day I received a phone call from Anthony and he offered some great advice and was very knowledgeable of the products to best suit my diving interest. Within a matter of hours I had two regulator sets put together and in the mail. Awesome service and great to have such commitment to customer service. Will be doing business again with Diving Locker.

My son had ripped his wetsuit I tried duct tape (typical) but it didn't work. Tess Hedderich was very busy but because my son needed the wetsuit for tomorrow she was kind enough to sew, glue and heat tape the tear. She informed me if the tape comes off to bring it back for repair. Thank you Tess you're truly amazing and kind-hearted.
I ordered a Bare Evoke wetsuit after measuring based on the Bare website size chart. Vancouver diving locker delivered it very promptly but when I tried it on, it was quite a bit larger than expected based on measurements. When I contacted them to request an exchange for the next size down they immediately sent a return label (return shipping via my choice of shipper at my expense which was totally fair in my opinion), with no questions asked. Within a week of shipping back the wrong sized wetsuit, I had the correct size delivered to my door. I would DEFINITELY order from them again simply based on the stellar customer service. I am very impressed with all aspects of my purchase and interactions with the Vancouver Dove Locker. They were helpful, accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. They were able to get the product I wanted, a Suunto Eon Core dive computer, with the options I wanted at a fantastic price. They were very responsive to email and phone calls. They even shipped it out to me in Saskatchewan and it arrived in a few days. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend them to everybody!!!
