Excellent service and quality products! My sister and I own a condo downtown and recently had two floods in our building that affected our beautiful vinyl flooring. Divine was able to find and order the exact flooring that we had previously and they patiently coordinated with our other team of technicians to complete the repairs flawlessly and on a time crunch for Thanksgiving weekend. Both Jordan and Randall have been amazing to work with - they are professional, have a great sense of humour and provide advice that we can trust. They made us feel lighter about our situation and we definitely felt like we were in good hands throughout the process. Divine is now our go-to for anything floor related and we highly recommend this company! Thank you Divine.

Horrible service. I think the ones who give this place a high rating are ones that work there. I walked in and asked for staff, but i felt like i wasn't worth their time.
I have to rave about Sarah Barathan's customer service. If I was in a position to hire her I'd steal her away. She followed up at every step of the way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I must admit that someone in the warehouse messed up our delivery date by not putting specific instructions that we had requested on our order, but Sarah made it right and jumped through hoops to deliver on time. I love the flooring and would purchase from Divine Flooring again.
