Great Experience! I helped my brother-in-law create a custom engagement ring for my sister. We approached Josh with my Grandma's engagement ring that we wanted to take the diamonds out of and create a new style. We had an idea of what we were looking for, but Josh really made it come to life. It turned out to be even more beautiful than we imagined! My sister LOVES her ring and especially loves that it was made specifically for her, from a family heirloom. We would highly recommend Vancouver Diamonds. It was a pleasure working with Josh, and I will be guiding my boyfriend his way when it is our time ;)
I wanted to avoid interfacing with the conventional retail (upselling) stores and found Josh instead. Josh has his own unique way of working with his Clients and offers knowledge and guidance along the way. He's not pushy and will go at your pace, but delivers when you are ready to make a move. Just wanted to share my experience with Vancouver Diamonds. I had shopped around at a bunch of shops for an engagement ring and honestly, was not impressed with the prices I was being offered. Even for some shops the service provided wasn't so welcoming during the browsing and inquiring process. I am glad I had come across Josh as he was able to offer me a much better price for a larger and better quality diamond that met my budget that many shops could not offer. Felt comfortable during the whole process as he does really work with you to design the ring you are trying to customize. I would definitely recommend Vancouver diamonds if your looking for your perfect ring.
