I don't commonly write reviews (specifically on car dealerships) but this is a rare pleasurable exception. My family and I have gone through one of the worst weeks of our lives with my father's battle with cancer. We are dealing with his personal affairs; one of which includes selling his car. I was so very much dreading the tedious process that I thought would take place with this unforeseen event occurring. However, to my surprise, this was the complete opposite of what happened. I was contacted by a very courteous and sympathetic employee here who made the process quite effortless/low-stress for me. Ken at Mazda got me an estimate quote on the car over the phone and even at one point personally volunteered to drive my father and I back home to Coquitlam!! Thankfully we were able to drive down with 2 vehicles and didn't require the generous ride home. However, I would've never expected this from any car salesman ever if I am being quite frank. Another positive was the dealership having an insurance office right there! We were able to easily cancel our insurance without having to drive somewhere else. Thank you very much Ken for making this errand painless during this tough time and more importantly thank you for your compassion. The friendly follow up text message was also appreciated. My family and I are grateful for people like you.

Awesome experience at Destination Mazda. I was wowed by their patience despite being such a busy dealer. I was greeted upon arrival even though I didn't have an appointment and was immediately introduced to a salesman. My salesman Ibrahim was courteous and patient the entire time and explained every step along the way as it was my first time purchasing a car. He went above and beyond in my test driving experience and showing me all the colours I was interested in in person. Thanks Ibrahim and David for making my first car purchase a stress free one!

A very disappointing experience from my local Mazda dealership that I have been going for the past 6 years. Appointment was scheduled for 1115AM, didn't speak to anyone until 1135AM (fine, understand it is a busy Tuesday). Service advisor quoted 2-2.5 hours wait time to complete for a routine synthetic oil change under carriage inspection. It should take 1-1.5 hours at tops. Final straw that broke the camel's back is when the service advisor left a nice little present on the passenger side (see attached photo). Especially, during unprecedented times in the world today, I would expect a company to upheld better health and safety guidelines and practices. For a company to set out a corporate vision of \Brighten people's lives through car ownership\ has left me feeling disgusted in owning a Mazda today.
