you need to get icbc's online scheduling systems out of the dark ages. so easy to hire some IT professionals to set up a system that works. right now if you search for road tests using the online system it doesn't give any information about when tests could be booked, or where else you could look once you've tried entering all the towns near by and still get the 'no tests available' answer. This is not a difficult thing to automate better. Same for insurance all of that could be done online so easily. Incompetent doesn't even come close to discribing icbc

The situation with icbc is crazy, it’s every single thing that’s wrong with them, the booking system for appointments , the N system, insurance rates and the biggest of all the billions of OUR taxpayers dollars that have been lost.
David Eby is good at pretending to care about others but in reality he could care less.
Thank god for David Eby. He's a rare gem; one of the few politicians whose integrity, intelligence, and judiciousness are exemplars of public service and a sword of justice beating back the evils of corruption and incompetence that plagued his BC Liberal predecessors. Thank you David for fighting the good fight and doing your best to fix the myriad disasters the hopeless "Liberals" inflicted on the province as their humiliating legacy.

David Eby has been a poor representative for the riding who has cancelled public meetings instead of facing tough questions. I will also note that when I personally reached out to his office about a year ago I received no reply back to my letter.
