I do not recommend their service. I got in contact with them because I needed health insurance cover while waiting for my MSP to start, by then I had already applied for MSP so I wanted to get cover for one month only. I went to their office after exchanging some emails with them and the lady was insisting that MSP was going to take three months to process my application and that they wouldn't even accept it because my permit was going to expire in 2 months. I explained to her that I was in the process of extending my visa but she insisted on that information. So I thought because she works with that so she must know much better than me. She told me to get three months minimum of cover so I said ok after her speech about MSP taking at least three months to process it. I paid 300 dollars for them. One weak later I received my MSP invoice. So because of the wrong info they gave me I had to pay for both coverages. I think this is unacceptable, they gave me wrong information so they could charge me more.
