Cyclone is the place to go for your figure skating needs in Vancouver (and ice skates). They offer professional advice and service, and a level of customer service that is excellent. They have a separate sporting goods store across the street on Oak Street. Free surface parking in the small strip-mall, but it is often very busy so it is best to find street parking which is abundant. #letsguide

Wonderful store. I'm a senior (60's) who is getting back to a favorite sport of mine from my younger days . I had old skates that I loved that were falling apart. I tried on various skates in different stores but they weren't comfortable. Cyclone Taylor welcomed me as an older skater , made me feel very comfortable. They measured my feet carefully and came up with Jackson Evo as the best choice. The skate felt snug but pretty good right away. I was concerned with the newer look to figure skates, higher heel, larger pick than I was used to. My first time out on the ice showed that these were an excellent choice! I expected to have to break the skates in but they were comfortable right away and with the right support, I immediately skated better! Thank you to Neal and the other Cyclone Taylor staff who helped me get back to this fun sport. ( In addition the free 3 sharpenings is great customer service!)
I had a great experience here. The lady that helped me was super nice, put pink crystals on my daughters laces and that really her day. The prices were amazing as well. I will shop here again when she outgrows this pair.

On December 4, I went to this beautiful shop to buy figure skates and got the most amazing help from the ladies. I got my feet measured and fitted. I am so comfortable and warm skating. This shop was recommended to me and I am happy to pass on the recommendation to others. Thank you so much again!
