Andrew was so great to work with on my fiance's engagement ring. I had spent a lot of time reading and meeting with other jewelers about diamonds and felt that he really listened to what I was interested in and gave me what I felt was a very honest opinion. In the end he managed to source an excellent stone (the best I had come across) at a price that was competitive with any wholesale jeweler I had met with before that. He worked with me on a design and created a beautiful ring. The craftsmanship was stunning. My wife-to-be loved it but wanted to make some adjustments to style and size. Andrew and his team were happy to accommodate these changes during their busy season. Excellent craftsmanship, honest and genuine people, and fabulous customer service. Solid recommendation!!
I got both my engagement ring and my wedding band from Costen Catbalue. We worked with both Mary-Ann and Andrew in selecting the stone and designing the rings. Both were very helpful, honest, and patient with us. I wanted a color stone for my engagement ring. Color stones are not as common out there so it's hard to visualize what they would look like once they're installed on the mount. Mary-Ann and Andrew were very patient in helping me see what the ring would look like. They also brought us many different stones to see until we found the right one. My husband had his ring made here too, his ring was also unique, made of meteorite! They were very talented with that as well. We're both very happy with our rings.
