Very nice people, however if you have any issues with support of your Sage product do not expect any help. We invested a significant amount of time and resources to implement a great number of products. Our issue is that if we have any problems we do not get any prompt follow ups. I am not impressed with the level of communication or customer service with Constructive Solutions or with Sage. As a smaller contractor, I feel that we are unimportant as a customer and Constructive Solutions and Sage do not care if we stay on as a client or not. Pretty disappointing, it doesn't take much to acknowledge an email or an issue and offer help, or even say, we cannot help. Instead, there has been zero response to our concerns.

I just wanted to write a quick note of thanks to the staff. We were under a crunch as usual to set up a display within a five day period. Yes complete set up. Just one phone call and we had five smiling guys who wanted to be there and were all smiles! On the second day the head guy even drove the five guys to the Casino we were doing the install at.
