There are not a lot of templates, which is good because I only needed the fundamentals. The employee handbook is the best I've ever seen and all the materials are very well written. Written in business casual and the manager guides and processes are actually enjoyable to read. Would recommend.

The Company I work for is headquartered in the United States with an office in Windsor, ON. Being in the US, I have been using connectsUs HR for about a year and it has been a wonderful tool that has helped me better support the Canadian workforce. I have used the site for guidance with Employee Handbooks, Parental Leave, Employment Agreements, and many other policies. The chat support feature has been extremely helpful in quickly pointing me to the information I am looking for. I’ve experienced their Customer Service go above and beyond by personally assisting me with additional research to my questions. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, connectsUs HR has been the site I visit for latest updates and information. I am truly appreciative of the support they provide and highly recommend connectsUs HR.
Simply the best. Doesn’t have a huge amount of documents but that’s perfect for my small biz so I didn’t get overwhelmed. Docs are really well written. Easy and (almost) a pleasure to read.
Great content and very helpful staff. They recommended I start with the free trial. SO great! You don't have to provide any credit card info and you can download sample documents and preview all templates before deciding to purchase.
In 2013 I wrote to this firm to try and work a partnership to share their services with my clients (small business employers). I had several calls with the CEO and she had such great integrity, that she asked me to hold off until they did their next upgrade. Here reasoning was that it was more scalable and an even better offering was worth the wait. At the time I was not happy as I hadn't found a better option so was left feeling a bit unfulfilled. Skip ahead several years (I got busy, not their fault) and we connected again and I saw a vastly new and improved product. From our first call I knew this was what I wanted to offer. This was something I could share with my high value clients. In fact, I decided to make it available to all the members of our association, so they could share with all of their employer/clients too. The reconnection to making the decision and all the pieces falling into place, all took less than 3 months. Let's be clear, that's not how long it took me to decide, that's the decision, the decision to share it, to build the model, deal with legal, the website and design, the communication pieces and then the launch and distribution to our members. ALL IN 3 MONTHS. AMAZING! I now have about one third of my clients using ConnectsUsHR and hoping to offer to more of them in the coming year. It's not always a fit for everyone, and I don't offer it to all of them (just the special ones). The product is good, the company and staff are responsive and there is a huge amount that an employer can customize to their business. Give it a try, I think you'll be as pleased.
