Very helpful and personable! Found a better quality mic than the Blue Yeti Pro I ordered on Amazon 3 months ago which wasn't delivered. Recommended where I could get an audio interface, too!

Great staff explaining audio equipment. Most speakers are wirelessly hooked up so they can show you the sound quality in an instant. Bang and Olufsen customer experience showroom within. Free Underground Parking.

Had a fantastic experience here. They helped me order just what I needed! Also their selection of old AV gear was a great to pick through, found an old mixer and a couple microphones for cheap.

This store is great,its like a livingroom of high end, awesome gear, if you love music you won't beleive your ears, sounds fantastic, video as well, everybody should come ,and check it out, and the only place in Vancouver that was willing to go the extra mile to help me get the headphones I was looking for. I tried 15 other Electronics stores, including the Big chains, and they all couldn't, wouldn't, or didn't even give me the time of day. I first contacted the store online, and received a reply quickly from John, that he would do his best to order it for me,so I made arragements to come in to the store for a consultation the next day, I was very well recieved by John Foster, he looked into all my concerns, and took the time to be thorough, very friendly, and nice, execellent customer service,so thanks to John&John Foster,great job.

I have was more then happy!. Wasn't sure to go to them after the reviews but seems like they took the reviews on board the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Personally bought a NAD Amplifier. Delighted!
