Good drinks. Customer service could be a little better. Menu could be more clear re: sweetness level, ice, etc. Occasional officers/promotions advertised in the front window. Would consider going again if I’m in the area.

Ordered Fresh taro QQ milk tea. Ask if i can switch the black milk tea to jasmine milk tea. The price rises from 6.8 to 8. That’s fine. Drink tastes good. But ends up finding something in my drink. Don’t really know what is it.

Drinks are quite tasty. But staff wasn't able to help with basic questions and instead pointed to the menu board for me to figure out myself when they were not busy and I was the only one in store. Staff should be better trained to answer questions and provide better service.

I have been here a couple times now and the drink quality has been consistent every time I have come here. My go to drink is the 3Q Milk Tea. The milk tea flavor is decently strong and the three different types of chew are chewy and not mushy. This location has yet to disappoint me and they make drinks pretty quickly even when it is busy. The COVID 19 measure have them surrounding the entire kitchen with plexiglass except a small slit where the card machine is so it is a bit hard to communicate what drink you want especially when it is busy.

I went in expecting a very standard bubble tea shop. I was surprised to see that you can customize the amount of sugar with your drinks. I asked for very little sugar and I still got a drink that was tasty and just the right amount of sweetness. The space is large enough that you can come with a group of four to six people and still be able to fit it in. We came here after watching a movie!
