I hired CleanStart BC to haul away detritus from a shipment of goods I received at my residence. My experience was optimal from start to finish. The office staff communicated clearly and efficiently. The crew arrived right on time; they were kind, professional, and worked quickly, finishing in half the time I had estimated, despite bad weather. They helped me carry heavy items from the shipment into my house, taking care to protect floors from dirt and scrapes. After they hauled everything away, they found an important document among the junk, and dropped it back off at the end of the workday. That gave me a chance to give them more packing materials to haul off. Throughout it all, they were masked and did their best to observe WorkSafe BC COVID protocols. Overall, I would recommend them highly for all your hauling and clean-out needs.

I applied for a job here because they are supposed to help people with employment problems.I interviewed for 15 minutes on phone with a guy named Austin Shmit than was asked to come for an in person interview So at 2 pm after waiting for an interview I called the number three times just to enter the building where j was told the 3 o'clock person has taken my time and I should come back for their time. I left because I had other things to do.Than they call me asking where I went and if I want to come back or rebook.Why would I rebook when they didn't show up the first time . Unprofessional people that exploit marginalized populations.Was recently threatened by a Lisa Giesbrecht that clean start will use their vast non profit money to sue me for this post.

Awesome service!! Garry, the driver and the person who cleans up the junk, arrived on time, even earlier than expected. He was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Our junk was removed quickly and efficiently. Garry was extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to hire CleanStart again and we highly recommend to others. Excellent service. Though there was a miscommunication by their office regarding the arrival window on the driver but despite that I'll rate it 5 star. Highly recommended; keep supporting your local businesses.
