I would like to say thank you to Alena. I came to her with lots of problems. I've been registered to BCIT on a wrong program by the other agent and when I figured it out it was almost too late. But Alena explained me everything, showed me how it works, she staid with me on Friday after working hours and helped to switch the program in a very last moment.
