Lots if information in a short time, so be prepared to read afterward. I called the office with difficulties my child was having and she did personally call me back. I did find it a bit difficult to give my perspective while in the office, but the phone call went well and I was impressed that she took the time to call. Other questions were forwarded to her and she also responded through her excellent assistant, Angel. One way or another, my questions were answered.

Dr. Faber is the worst Dr I have ever seen entire my life. She asks problem from a child who are not able to properly talk and not familier with medical words. She doesn't let you to involve. You have to wait in the waiting room for one hour sometimes. She has no respect for people's time at all. I never and ever take my kid to her office anymore.
