One of the only places in town you can get a fresh crispy taco bowl salad with shrimp and beef or chicken. Conveniently located near the downtown office is on Cordova it’s a quick and healthy lunch with awesome staff. I ran in the other day for a bite to eat and sat down and got up so quickly I left my access card there. A couple days went by and I realized after retracing my steps that it must have been there so I called and the manager Ashley was so accommodating she said she found it right away after I left and kept it safe for me. They were very nurturing and kind and make you feel welcome while you’re in there the second you walk through the door. A super vibrant fun place to grab lunch. Seating is limited but there is still some available within social distance guidelines. Thanks again to the ladies working there, you guys are awesome!

From the first time I visited this Chronic Tacos location I knew this would be my new favourite burrito spot! Greeted by friendly staff when you walk in, every trip here has always been pleasant and delicious. Today however, my experience was beyond five stars. After a "DoorDash" mix up a few days prior, I was greeted by the manager (Ashley I think?), and she went above and beyond to correct it. She remembered me and my partners names from our DoorDash accounts and she really made us feel like valued regular customers. I can't recommend this location enough.
I ordered a carnitas burrito and it tasted really flavorfull. Definitely one of the best spots in downtown for a quick bite. They have lots of options to customize your meal.
So great to see Ashley (manager) and her team back in action post COVID-19. Always smiles and super helpful staff waiting to make sure you have a great Mexican take-out or dine in experience. This is a great place to go for a quick burrito: fast, relatively inexpensive, lots of food, and the option to pair your meal with a cerveza. I can feel myself slipping into Chronic Taco lunch coma...thanks again Ashely for another hit!
The setup is reminiscent of other fast casual food chains, just with slightly different ingredients. The difference is that they offer corn or flour tortillas to start, and I also noticed that they had refried beans - which I don't recall other shops having them. Oh, they also do offer a plant-based protein bowl that I thought tasted pretty good.
Good food but they bold-faced lied to me. THE SOUP IS NOT VEGETARIAN to anyone who cares. Chicken stock. You can ask. They lie. Or have everytime I've been there anyways. The New West location is very honest. If you can, go there instead. New West Chonic Tacos ftw
Visited there yesterday. Food was so good and the workers were very friendly. Will be back again.
