So far so good. Easy drop off to allow social distancing and speed. This service now allows me to send my stores products to the states at a super affordable price. Recent customers received their deliveries quite quickly too.

I'm new to using Chitchats and have found the customer service exceptional. Responses/replies are quick and helpful! Hopefully Chitchats keeps growing so drop boxes can be placed in more areas (ie West Vancouver :)
Rates are way more reasonable than what I used to pay Canada Post, and the shipping time is 2x as fast. It's perfect for my small business. My only suggestion would be to consider making a mobile app to manage/buy our labels!
