Called to get information on a certain program. then I was told I will be get contacted by some person. did not call me on the day of the appointment. asked the manager to address the issue. Manager said he can't do anything about it. Followed it up with the appointment holder didn't even acknowledge the appointment time she made. Asked her when can I received the info. she said \I will send it over when I have time\ . Such an unprofessional team wonder how the business still exists.
