Flew with Cathay Pacific to Delhi for the first time, and it was probably one of our best experiences with an Airline. They provided great service from the minute we checked in our bags at the front counter, and through out the journey in the air. They have some great food options compared to other airlines I’ve travelled with in the past, I’ll definitely be flying with Cathay Pacific more often in the near future.

Worst airline I ever take. I tried to book a bassinet for my 8 months daughter, their phone staff is rude and not helpful at all. all she told me is my daughter is over 6 months old and can not have the bassinet which is not true at all. Not evening giving any helpful options. I know the bassinet can carry up to 12kg. They didn't talk about that or provide any other options. I just change from seat to on lap because everyone said the baby don't need a seat and can't sit on the seat by themselves. On the webpage also allow you to select on seat or on lap under 1 year old. The staff is very unprofessional giving the wrong information and being rude. Also be ware of their fees. All the other airline only charge about 150 for the baby but they charge 350 for my daughter. I also had to pay 150 fee because they told me I didn't change within the same day? I had to pay 500 just for my baby not even have a seat. What is their definition of 24hrs? I book my flight 23:15 close to midnight and I only get less than hour to change my flight? That's rediculous. I also wasted several hours talking to them and Expedia where I book From. They just keep pushing responsibility to each other. Saying the fees are charge by the other party. This will be the first and last time I am with this airline. Very unprofessional, overcharged with terrible services

WORST airline I have flown globally. Cons: broke beyond repair BOTH my checked bags. I immediately submitted claims for both bags, filing the photos, receipts, bag IDs, etc as requested - the team contacted me at all hours of the night (10PM - 2AM), responded once a day with conflicting decisions each day. Still no solution, and it's been over a week. They provided a repair center 4 hours away, and said they do not have any solution closer to my location - which is in the capital city of BC (Victoria). They were 2 hours delayed from takeoff (meant to be a 30 min delay). They served curdled milk onboard that left me sick for days afterward. The supervisor onboard was very concerned and tried to log a report, taking all my details and stating they would follow up - of course, NO response or even apology from the airline. I wonder if I should send them medical bills. *Do not touch their meals!* Pros: the flight was empty flying JFK to YVR, so there was more space. That is about it. Choose Air Canada, United, American, Alaskan, or of course Emirates/Etihad/BA/etc - basically any other carrier you can find for better service and to save your luggage from being destroyed.

I fly often, and I really mean often. This is absolutely the best airline I have ever experienced, in so many ways! Can recommend to anyone who doesn't just want to fly, but want to fly well.

All the staffs care is how to avoid problems when it happens. 真的對國泰徹底失望![发怒]我應該是移民時候坐過國泰就沒接觸過,之後每年飛五六次都是non中國的航空公司!差太遠了,有事情都不是想幫客人最好解決的樣子,只想著自己怎麼最不麻煩最忽悠的做事!直接一個投訴信遞過來幾個意思,亞洲人不像老外很在意customers的每一個投訴電話or信,國泰南航徹底被黑名單(中國的國航東航也很早被blacklist)!推薦台灣的華航,日本的JAL和ANA
