Super fast and helpful I showed them a couple photos of my flats and they helped me get the right tires and changed the bearing to the correct size for me!
Larry and Jeff were wonderful! Helped me find the wheels I needed. When I couldn't get one wheel off to replace it, they helped me get the axle end caps off, cut a new axle for me, replaced the bearings and put the wheels back on. Such great service. Thank you for making my day a bit brighter.
These guys are on the ball!!! They have the coolest selection of wheels etc I have seen. On top of that and even more important they have a lot of odd ball junk that might not sell often but is there when you need it. My guess is they don't use accountants who have no clue about customer service and only know \inventory management software\ and their bank balances. This of course means they always have stock!!!! I never walk out of there empty handed or settling for something other than what I wanted. I don't buy a ton of wheels but I am there buying something about once a month for the last quite a few years. I love that joint!!! On top of that they even serve up the best caramel candies and chocolates!!!
They got me rolling! Great customer service: Larry graciously helped me track down and chose ideal replacement wheels, nuts, bolts and sleeves for my folding cart. Wheels are exceptional quality with excellent bearings.
