Both Receptionists were lovely and super polite very good service and polite, I did not have to wait long and was a pretty good experience . Dr Nagra was very kind and listened to my symptoms and I was able to fill my prescription at the Indigo Pharmacy also inside the clinic.

Dr. Tong addressed my concern quickly and efficiently. There is definitely a wait, but that's true of every walk-in clinic in Vancouver. I'd advise getting there very early (before the clinic even opens). I found the receptionist helpful as well.

My experience was good. Less than 5 minutes waiting and Dr. Nagra was knowledgeable and straight to the point. They let you bring a support person. I have a follow-up appointment and I hope it goes the same.

absolutely disappointed. I waited for my appointing for more than half an hour. and I just had to leave without receiving any planned service, because even then they were not ready to accept me, although after 20 minutes of waiting I asked how long I still had to wait, because I knew that I needed to leave soon, but the girl working at the reception she said that they would accept me now, they would only prepare a room for me, but apparently 10 minutes was not enough for that. just a waste of time. I do not understand why they prescribe appointing if they all take a walk in exactly, and do not take it on time. I signed up a week ago and do not understand why at all, if you can get it to come like this (although when I go for the first time I was told that they accept only by appointment). If you are a punctual person and value your time, it is better for you to find another place.

I've had ok experiences here. My expectations are low for walkin clinics and so I don't expect much. I had to wait a long time to see a doctor a couple of times but was able to go for coffee and come back. Doctors I've seen seem competent enough. The waiting room is bright and airy. Receptionists aren't unpleasant but not cheery or friendly which is typical of walkin clinics. There's a pharmacy on the waiting room which is convenient.
