I’ve been apart of the Cadence community for over two years now and it’s my happy place! The instructors are knowledgeable and make you sweat while having a really time. If you have never tried a spin class before or you’ve spinning for years you’ll be so happy you came!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while! I have been coming here since April 2019 and I absolutely love everything about this place. The staff and instructors are SO friendly and always smiling (even at 6am!!) and the studio itself is bright and chic. I have had classes with almost all of their instructors now, and have yet to be let down (I especially love the classes with the optional 10 min of arm exercises at the end!). Upbeat classes with great music, often a variety of hills and speed, and the cool towels they provide you 2/3 of the way through class are the BEST (and they have coffee for their weekday morning and weekend classes which I love). Cadence is a great community and is super inclusive, whether you are a 'regular' or a first-time rider. I was nervous the first time I went because I've heard stories of some spin studios being kind of 'clique-y', but I've always felt totally welcomed at Cadence from my first visit onwards. They also just opened up a movement studio two doors down, and I have been to a few of their classes (AAA & Strengthen Lengthen) and I really, really like them. I find it's a great way to incorporate some variety and strength training into my otherwise really spin-heavy exercise routine!! I also like that they have generally worked out the schedules of both spin movement classes to align (one after the other), so you can spend a couple hours at the studios and feel like you got a killer workout. Thanks Cadence!!
