I have had issues with back and shoulder pain for years. Never had I had the experience of actually a real therapeutic session with acupuncture until I was referred to Jen Wasmund at Cadence. That was three years ago and now I look forward to all my sessions with Jen. At first I wasn’t able to bend down to my knees and later I felt wobbly and like a jellyfish, she had been able to use acupuncture, cupping, and other methods like crystals, aroma therapy, ambient noise, and massage, to help release the stress and tension I constantly carry in my body. I wasn’t aware of how much energy my body stored until she started using cups on me. I’ve recommended my family and friends to her every time. Definitely worth paying a is it to get on touch with your own body’s energy.

This was my first time getting a massage at Cadence Health. I have had rotator cuff issues for a long time and finally decided to get treatment for it. I booked in with Taylor Glover and she did a phenomenal job with the first treatment. She listened to my concerns and applied the right pressure to free up my shoulder. I will definitely be continuing my treatment with Taylor, highly recommend!
