Our sales rep, Adam, holds a wealth of knowledge and was always available to answer our endless questions during the decision process. When at last we choose the Vintage walnut, the entire procedure from purchase, to the skillful installation team to completion was timely and without complication. We’re thrilled with our new floor!

We had our floors updated to Karndean luxury vinyl flooring in our apartment suite. Our sales rep Adam Dent guided us through the whole project since February. We shopped around with other flooring companies but with the research we've done, we decided to go with Burritt Flooring. Adam was excellent with his follow ups with us and he had given us all the information on the flooring and a very detailed estimate in the beginning of flooring project. We apologize for a bit of our lateness on the day of our install. Adam made sure to keep in touch with us on updates that week. He always made an effort to follow up with us. And we very much appreciate that of him. We love our flooring. It totally changed from the write off carpet we had. It made our place look much better with beautiful flooring. It makes things so much easier to clean up. We will enjoy our flooring many years to come.

The customer service I received went above and beyond. Salesman Adam Dent was amazing. He helped so much when I was struggling to make my decision. I am Thrilled with the carpets chosen. Also installers Rodger and James were great! They were so professional, polite and very experienced. They did a great job! Highly recommend Burritt Brothers.
