Regardless if you're in there buying low-priced items, or a high-priced items, the staff will educate you on what you should buy for the set up you have or are getting. Peter is one of the most genuine sales representatives I've ever met and happily helped to get my new set-up in order. Warm and friendly reception, personalized and helpful. I was searching for a new flash for my Fuji camera and was informed that there is a backlog on the item. It will take time to ship it from Japan, and undoubtedly will leave me without a choice during holidays. Fortunately, there was a last compatible flash found, tested, and verified to work with my Fuji. Lastly, it was on sale and such deal could not have been beaten anywhere else! Happy and satisfied.
Had a great first experience at Broadway Camera. While I didn't buy anything this time, Steve was nonetheless very helpful and pointed me toward learning resources to better my photography. I was very impressed at the quality of service, and how he went above and beyond to figure out what I needed instead of trying to sell me something I thought I needed (based on reviews online).
I've bought a few lenses from Broadway Camera and always been a happy customer. They've often had stock when other stores haven't and been very accommodating in holding stock for me. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Recommend. :)
Before I went to Canada, I was looking for a zoom lens, Broadway had the one I was looking for and even on discount. although the offer expired before I got there, they put it aside for my, for the same price. Amazing service and very friendly staff. (PS. I got some amazing photos with the new lens, among others some of the Spirit bear)
