Clara helped us with our first dance for our wedding and it was amazing! We had a lot of fun while learning and the instructions were easy to follow and explained in a natural pace for us, adapted for our beginner level and looked cool :D ! We would definitely recommend Joel & Clara's courses / private lessons for dancing, it's a wonderful dance studio & atmosphere. Cheers guys!

Clara's lessons were nothing short of magical! She choreographed an impressive-looking waltz for our first dance and miraculously made it happen, all the while with humour and unending patience. We can't recommend her enough!

Broadway Ballroom is an amazing place to learn ballroom!! I started by taking the beginner classes with Joel when I wanted another hobby. He is very enthusiastic and funny during his classes but most of all he’s very welcoming to those who have never danced before - so don’t be scared! After finishing the beginner classes I moved up to the intermediate classes. All of this I did without a partner and that’s okay because there are lots of opportunities to dance with either Joel or other experienced dancers during the classes. Not really knowing what comes after the intermediate class, Joel and I talked about competing. It was then that him and his wife Clara (both amazing instructors!) helped me find a partner. Ever since I’ve gotten lots of opportunities to take private lessons, compete and attend the more advanced classes offered at the ballroom. It’s so much fun to practice at the ballroom too, everyone is so encouraging and will even offer advice while you practice. It’s very fun to be around so many talented, and friendly, dancers that just want to see you improve!!

I take private lessons here with JCDanceCo, Clara. The ballroom is not as large as an official ballroom but it does the job. Free parking for your lessons downstairs if you get a parking pass from the front desk.
