Contractors start work well before the allowed noise bylaw times. When mentioned to them they were extremely rude, aggressive and said it’s not their problem. Refused to say which company they were from. Work is also done as cheaply as possible

We have been working Bemco for years and find them to be a reliable, professional and quality contractor.
Bemco caused an injury to a tenant at my building due to their sloppy and shoddy safety practices. The contractors did not abide by noise bylaws and started work early on the weekends (on several accounts), not to mention making a mess by dropping materials and trash on the patios of surrounding units. The manager we complained to was completely unprofessional, combative, zero accountability, and zero resolve.
