One of my favourite local gems in the city! Staff is always so friendly and very knowledgeable. product is top of the line and always quality. loved every item I've purchased here, you definitely get what you pay for! They carry both mens and womens products and all sorts of pretty things to look at.

My partner just had the worst experience possible with this store. She bought a product as a present last night. When she got home there were marks on the outside packaging and on the inside it was obvious that some product & packaging was missing. She went to return it today and they refused to give her her money back. They blamed her for not looking inside more carefully. When she looked around the store today she saw how uncleanly their products were kept. This is supposedly to be a \high-end\ store. It seems more like a dollar store with this type of service. We would have given in zero stars if we could.
Not really sure why this got a few bad reviews, especially in a middle of a pandemic... but I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this store - they’re one of the few stores that has the brands I am looking for !
The woman working there was so rude. She seemed like she's mad at you/discussed by you when you walk in, ask politely about the products, and without her moving an inch from where she stands, hand over your credit card to purchase the overpriced item. You complete the whole shoppping experience with her looking down at you. Can't imagine a place is called\beauty bar\ when the staff is looking and behaving so mean.
