I got a new front door put in by Kevin and Jim in February. And now the door roller catcher was not functioning properly so I texted Kevin and asked him if it was covered in my warranty but he did not reply to my text. Then I decided to call him and he picked up and told me that it was my fault and this had never happened before and said that he could not fix it. So I asked him where I could get the part from and he said that he would text me the location and it has been two weeks now and I have gotten no response. Also when I got the door installed there was some paint on the glass and I told him that it did not look good and he told me that the paint would come off by itself in the summer and I believed him and it still did not come off. I have had a terrrible experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
