I needed a stamp because I had 300 checks to sign. I sent an email to BC Stamp on Monday morning inquiring about it and got a reply shortly after. I scanned my signature to them with a measurement in centimeters of the length and height I wanted my signature to be. I picked up the stamp the next day at 10:00 a.m. I worked with Leo and Ken. The cost was 39 plus tax. The service was excellent. I was extremely satisfied.

I picked up my custom stamp and realized once I got home that I had made a mistake and ordered the inverted version of our design. This stamp was for a charity donation of care packages to our front line medical workers in Vancouver and had a tight deadline. The shop owner was kind enough to remake the correct stamp for me at no charge. Thank you BC Stamp works for your kindness and generosity. I will be recommending you guys to everyone I know needing stamp work.
Great customer service. The 1st trial stamp had to be fixed, they did it in record time and charging no extra. I'm happy to have chosen this local store versus a cheaper on line company. It's way more practical to adjust the stamp if something goes wrong.
